Request return instructions before posting an item; our contact address is not automatically the return destination.

Your statutory rights

For eligible online consumer purchases in the EU, you generally have a 14-day withdrawal period from delivery. Rights concerning faulty goods also apply. These legal rights are not reduced by a promotional offer or this policy.

Return instructions and costs

We will provide the relevant return destination and instructions for your request. Responsibility for return costs depends on the reason for the return and applicable consumer law. Delete your personal photos and videos before sending the ornament back.

Refunds

Refunds and remedies are handled under the applicable consumer rules. We have not announced an additional commercial 30-day guarantee or a fixed payment-provider processing time. Ordering remains closed until the final return arrangements are confirmed.
