We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, customs clearance and carrier conditions.

Delivery information

Shipping costs, if any, and applicable taxes are shown at Shopify checkout before payment. Review your delivery address and the full order total before paying. We do not guarantee arrival by a specific Christmas or holiday date.

Tracking and order questions

Damage or a missing delivery

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. For damage, include photographs of the product and packaging if available. We will review the situation and explain the next steps. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
